Great vintage item! Circa 1940's/50s, this carved wood figural pin is crafted with simple yet elegant artistry, a full body giraffe looking backward over his shoulder. Measures 4" height. 1940s Carved Wood Blackamoor Head Pin ~ Nose Ring
This is a lovely and unusual crafted brooch, circa 1940s, a large blackamoor pin with intricately detailed turban, metal chain along the hairline and large brass hoop nose ring. This measures an incredible 3" x 3 1/8" and it is quite thick (nearly 3/4" thick at the base). Two-part metal pinback with securely locking clasp is embedded in back. Very good vintage condition apart from some paint loss to the lips, and price sticker remnant on the back. - $115
