Unsigned JUDITH HENDLER lucite and bamboo bead necklace has an ethnic flair to it. A curved clear lucite tube goes around the back of the neck and hooks inconspicuously to the side. Textured gold-tone metal beads, natural bamboo beads and clear lucite rounds are strung on gold-tone metal chain. The actual chain portion measures 25". Excellent condition. - $245
Enormous JUDITH HENDLER Pink Acri-Gems "Leaf" Clip Earrings
These gigantic pink acrylic clip earrings on original Judith Hendler card feature a dome shape at the ear, and a 3 1/2" three-sided curved leaf shaped drop. The drop itself is clear, with one side having pink-tinted etched lines that show through, giving the drop a leaf-like effect. Clips have comfort pads. What an inspired design! New condition. - $250
JUDITH HENDLER Black Lucite & Pearly Bead Necklace
Large and showy lucite necklace featuring large black cylindrical beads, large pearly round beads and smaller chrome spacer beads is unmarked Judith Hendler, a designer for Saks 5th Avenue in the 1970's/80's. A curved black tube fits around the back of the neck and hooks to the necklace at the upper side (the hook blends in easily with the rest of the design). Approximately 21" length. JUDITH HENDLER Lucite Heart & Sterling Necklace & Earring Set Judith Hendler modernist necklace and drop earring set is unmarked, but clearly her distinctive work. Clear rigid tubular lucite necklace fits a slim neck, measuring approximately 14 1/2", and hooking at the side. A sterling silver clamp (marked Sterling on reverse) fits over the center portion of a lucite tube, from which is suspended a huge molded lucite heart. The heart measures 2 3/8" wide; it is thicker around the exterior (1/2") to create a bowl-like depression in the center. A clear rhinestone is set into the upper part of the heart. Matching post earrings for pierced ears features a sculpted sterling silver disc at the ear, from which is suspended a 1 1/2" wide heart made in the same manner as the necklace pendant. Earrings measures a total of 2 1/8" height.
The necklace has a small area of surface scratching on the back of the tube near the centerpiece, which is not conspicuous and does not affect structural soundness in any way.
JUDITH HENDLER Acri-Gems Clear & White Cuff Bracelet
Fabulous cuff bracelet by 1980's designer Judith Hendler is made from three curved lucite "Acri-Gems" tubes (two clear, one opaque white), stacked and bonded together. 1 1/2" width, 1/2" thick, 2 1/8 inside width, 1 1/8" opening. Unmarked, as Judith Hendler's pieces often are, but the design is quite distinctive. Excellent condition. - $200
